Managing Holiday Stress:  Looking ahead to holiday gatherings, events, and activities can be a time of excitement and anticipation.  Complex family relationships, holiday shopping, additional expenses, hosting gatherings, and managing a packed schedule can also escalate our stress response.  What if you had the tools to maintain your well-being so you can approach the holidays with greater resilience and a renewed sense of enjoyment?
This workshop is designed to equip individuals with effective strategies for navigating the challenges often associated with the holiday season. We’ll share practical tips on setting realistic expectations, establishing boundaries, and incorporating self-care routines into busy schedules to maintain emotional well-being, foster healthy relationships, and create a more joyful and meaningful holiday experience.
